Did not find as much helpful at all and often times I had to do my own research to figure things out. I wasn't sure what to ask/know as a first time home buyer and was expecting my realtor to be much helpful on that but was not the case. Felt like he was just "winging it"... not sure if this is how the industry is or I am expecting too much.

Matt Mills was very disrespectful, a horrible communicator and very rude. He did not have faith in us as clients in obtaining the needed documentation to be able to close on time. When he spoke to Gabe Underwood he would undermine us and say he had no faith in us in obtaining the needed memo from my employer. When he would speak to myself and my wife he would say he has no faith in Gabe and that he was blowing smoke up our backside and that he was full of hogwash. He yelled at my wife and I constantly saying we were not going to close on our house in time. I would never recommend this realtor ever, I highly recommend Matt Mills and his organization to be removed from the preferred realtors list, because if he has been rude and disrespectful to us how many other veterans has he been rude and disrespectful to.

Is there a -10?! Spencer was absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with, he needs to be black balled. The issues I had with inspections and other paperwork/docs where because of Spencer. He wouldn't listen when we told him we did Not want to see houses in Anderson, the only houses he actual chose for us where in Anderson. We had to do all our own listing search. He would want to show the houses on his time schedule,not ours. Please, please black ball this guy, I do not want another veteran to go through what we did.
