How do you top having an agent with decades of experience, who has been and still is a builder as well?You can't.In addition to being an extremely experienced gentleman in the real estate business, Martin was a super nice guy, as well. I felt super comfortable with him handling the situation, as he very accurately gauged the market and balanced that with our unique requirements and wish list.You can get other folks to hopefully put you on the right track ... or you can just go to this guy to get it done right the first time.In an absolutely insane market, with great restrictions on my budget, Martin was able to select a viable group of properties... and despite stiff competition, secure a deal that got me the place I had hoped for.

The only reason why we stuck with it at all was because of Jim and Janet. Started as realtor's and ended as like family. Still have plans for even after all said and done. When veterans united was at fault, Jim and Janet offered to make amends for the unfortunate situation at hand. We did not accept their offer because they where not in the wrong but my point is, they made every effort possible to get us in the home we strived for when veterans united told us to wait and just didn't do their jobs.

At the beginning of the project, I did not understand what the added value of a realtor was since I could get a housing report form Zillow. However, once the contract and documentation started, I quickly realize the great value of having a realtor that worked for us. Jahda kept us informed of every single step and when issues arise, which were numerous, she quickly followed up and help them resolve them. We are very happy to have worked with her and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Cheryl was very personable. She took care of our needs every time we needed her and she would reach-out and contact us when we hadn't spoke for a few days! Cheryl was always willing to take us to see the homes we chose. Some were over 2 hours away!
Cheryl will be our realtor from now on...if she will have us! 😊

I loved the people at Berkshire Hathaway they treated us like friends instead of clients. They were very helpful giving advice and tips and let us know if something was out of the norm. They let us guide which houses we wanted to see and which we didn't. We never felt pressured or looked down on. It was a very pleasant experience.

Matthew Armstrong is a wonder. He was very patient during the choosing process, I had a difficult time making a decision, but he never rushed me or sounded irritated when I changed my mind. After the choice was made he kept me informed of every development. Closing was so smooth and quick. Just a stress free experience all around.

Matt Suiter is awesome!!! His entire team is awesome!!! I wanted a home with 3 full bathrooms, 3 car garage, and a little piece of land for a garden. I also wanted to move before the holidays. He made it all happen and then some.

Craig Blake and Brandon were awesome. Very informative and they always pointed me in the right direction. They were always there when we needed to see a house and they would always have us the truth about the houses we looked at.
