My realtor Emily Jeffries was phenomenal and couldn’t have had a better Realtor throughout this process that only ever expressed my worries and frustrations. She went above and beyond for myself and Veterans United. Emily operated with a sense of urgency and showed the ability to get the job done in a timely manner by getting all inspections completed, touching base with every person that has to have anything to do with this house buying process, paperwork, dealing with the seller and her lack of realtor knowledge realtor. She dealt with every curveball thrown from the seller and every last minute correction or installation or question Veterans United demanded in a quick and timely fashion. There were many of hurdles to jump with this sale and she absolutely crushed each of them and deserves to be commended.

Kristina Haynes and Hope Szymoniak were an awesome team to work with. Kristina was very helpful when I was trying to get an understanding of the area and best places to live since I'm new to Anchorage. These two ladies were great. To be fair, I would not have my new home without Hope. She has great attention to detail and found a place that exceed our expectations based on our preferences. Kristina and Hope were very supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. Amazing realtors! I LOVED working with them and am grateful to have had their support with finding our home.

Greg Unthank and Eric Bedoya bent over backwards to find the perfect home, even fulfilling all our wants within our budget. Even though the pre-approval was considerably higher, they understood what our comfort zone was. Several times, with us being out of state, they worked with our schedules to make this happen. They are so friendly and cared about us as people, not just a means to obtain a commission, money was not the goal, finding our HOME was their priority.

The first realtor we weren’t happy with, but we called Terri and she had us a new one that day. Cathy was great and we were very pleased with how she took care of us. Seemed to know us and figure out what we wanted the first day! She did as we asked and if she couldn’t explained to us why. Can’t say enough great things about her!

Peggy Cox was amazing she came everyday I found a house to look at. And we looked at allot! She helped with everything I needed. From the minute I put in the offer until we sat down to close.

Julie Visperas was on the job, so to speak. She and Chad kept us informed about some things we may have missed had they not been so watchful as to where we were and what we should be doing next. Julie was especially helpful to us.
