Ms. Jearlly Sox was a "phenomenal" real estate agent. My day to day communication regarding my home purchase was definitely one of the best professional experiences ever! She was extremely knowledgeable of the home buying and selling market and her skill level to make the best decisions throughout the entire process was absolutely plausible. Traci was 100% available throughout every step. And worked with us while we were 2000 miles away. She was able to arrange multiple showings and do video walkthroughs with additional coverage of each house. She pointed out any issues she saw in every house. Once we found the house she was amazingly fast at getting our offer out to secure the home before others could jump in. Following our offer she took the time to explain each upcoming step, including those she wouldn’t even have a part in. Post closing she was able to help secure lawn service and checked on the house prior to our move in. She really helped us find a home in an amazing community.
