Patty was nice but very little communication, we saw her the first day to look at houses and then didn't see her again until closing. At closing, she was on her phone the entire time and was not even paying attention. Her assistant is the only reason for not giving a 2 or 3 rating, Francesca was great to work with, in the absence of Patty. Would not recommend Patty to anyone.

Dexter seemed lazy, unmotivated and unwilling to go to bat for us at the negotiating table. I would have fired him and chose another if not for the lender credits. Nice guy but not the best agent.

If I could rate chuck a 110% I would. I was nervous when I was appointed a real estate agent with out any research. We are a split family right now. I live in WA, working on processing out of the Navy and my family is in MN and I couldn't be around and it terrified me. I can not believe how Chuck took my feedings into consideration, and knew how hard this was for my husband and I and never pushed. I can not believe how we well were treated. Chuck worked to find us the perfect home, this was not about the money for him. All I can say is how grateful I am for him.

Erin was selected for us from Veteran's United, and she was always available. She would answer texts well into the evening hours if we had a small question or concern. She was quick to give us any information that we needed, and she was thorough. She ALWAYS followed back up with us as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable! I would work with Erin again for any future needs! Wish I could buy 100 homes from this entire team!

Shi Fallon is amazing. We were trying to buy while we were out of the country. She went above and beyond to show us every house that she thought we would like. As well, once we found the house we wanted, she kept us in the loop about everything and answered all questions timely. Shi made it so that we had a home to come back to. I will recommend her to everyone I know that wants to buy a house in the Fayetteville Area.

Arron was the best, he kept in consistent contact with me and was very upfront and honest with me informing me if things may or may not be a good idea. With this being my first time buying a house practically site unseen with only a video tour of the house he was very informative and detailed with everything. He was able to accommodate my needs for buying a house while I am in Africa.

Can’t say enough good things about Lizandro Lopez. He was great to work with. Extremely flexible to schedules. Always kept us informed on the next steps. He was able to get a good feel for what we were looking for. He made a stressful experience of buying a house much more manageable.
