We were warned about using Keller Williams International due to the past rumors of being treated/feeling like "another number." Two years ago, my wife and I were utilizing another real estate agent (Ohio - Donte Scott) and were spoiled by the great customer service/guidance throughout the home searching experience. We could not find the home due to financial circumstances, but we compared the same experience/attributes as Mr. Scott gave us. Aubrey Eckerlin was our real estate agent initially called us to get info, setting us with houses we would like to view (which was great). Since then, we felt the total opposite. I prefer contact via phone, but was never called (only when I requested). We were not given any tips or assistance. When requested projected numbers for cash to close, those numbers provided by Mrs. Eckerlin, were WAY OFF; $3000 - $4000 off. When giving the offer, we felt she was in support of the sellers and not us; not giving us any guidance. We complained to Mr. Murray of our experience and he recommended to limit contact with her. When viewing five homes, SHE WAS NOT EVEN THERE! FIRST TIME WE SAW HER WAS AT CLOSING! I leaned on my mentor (my father) and Mr. Murray during the process and they were shocked she was not at the viewing and inspection. Long story short, my wife and I could not wait to close and leave the closing location.

My Real Estate Agent was immature and gave me the impression he was just there to pick up his check at closing. I would not recommend them to anyone. They consistently displayed poor communications between each other, my home inspector, the VUHL team and the seller's agent. When I would ask him to contact me, often several days would pass before I would hear from them or a member of their team. Repairs to the house that he informed me were completed were not completed by closing and I was highly offended by that. The only reason I proceeded to close was because I knew they would not apply their energy or resources to advocate for me and I wanted them out of my life and to not have to talk to them anymore. I almost walked away from this loan because I distrust and dislike this person that much. They reminded me of a shady used car sales person.

Daniel was my real estate agent who expertly handled all aspects of getting my wife and I our new home. Zero stress, straight forward, and genuinely exact on how and when every step of the contract process was going to occur. Daniel went out of his way to make certain that we felt comfortable and confident in buying our new house. Every interaction, and each transaction regarding inspections, rapid and clear/concise communication with the sellers, combined with his vast knowledge of the local housing market put me and my wife at ease right away. I was extremely surprised and delighted with how well-organized and efficient buying our first home was; all thanks to Daniel. His authentic, caring demeanor gave us the confidence to press forward with our offer, and his guidance during the entire experience was vastly better than we expected. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone who is ready to buy a property, and wants to feel perfectly taken care of from beginning to the end.

Lynda Dinner was and is a super realtor and person. She went above and beyond from showing to making me feel that everything was doable. She and her husband personally assisted with a couple of small repairs to the home.
She exhibited a lot of patience with my worries, concerns, apprehensions, and multitude of questions.
I really appreciated her as a realtor and her optimistic attitude, like if you really want it, we can make it happen!
I would recommend if you're purchasing in Northern Michigan, look her up!

Because of Mrs. Alicia, I learned a few things about how properties are valued. Which in return helped me to choose a home that was listed well above my preapproval rate but sold for less than my preapproval. She is overall a great realtor and I would prefer to work with her on an real estate adventure in the future. I would recommend her to anyone because of her excellent and dedication. She felt like family!!!!

Sheila Rejas was great! She stayed in touch with me throughout my home searching process. She gave me great advice and was very informative. Shelia went above and beyond on helping me search and find the right home. She was also extremely patient with me and my busy work schedule. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent.
