Very knowledgeable on the paperwork side and knew who to call when there were any issues.She was always calling somebody. As someone using the VA home loan my realtor just needed to know a little bit more about what houses we can and cannot get applied for before taking the time to show them. At certain time during the process I feel as if there was information that was not passed down to us that I later was able to get for my loan officer. Overall I believe after our realtor works with a few more veterans she will have it down. With that said our realtor was the person on ground with us face to face and we would of not found our forever home without her and the leg work she put in for us. During closing at the title office having her there put us at ease knowing the person that was there with us from the beginning was there with us at the end.

Richard was very knowledgeable about the real estate purchase process with the VA. However, communication and preparedness could have been much better.

My family and I are lucky to have Akshay (Ash) as our real estate agent. I am first time home buyer and was intimidated at first. From the start, Ash helped us find homes as well as set up appointments. I’ve learned so much about homes, inspections and what to look for in homes in terms their value. He was honest and transparent about the whole process and was efficient when it came to writing up offers and just the whole process. I had so many questions for him and he was patient enough to explain to me in detail what it meant. He made the whole process painless and always looked out for me throughout the whole experience. I cannot thank him enough for all the knowledge he has shared through his experiences and constantly providing a positive attitude which help me to not get discouraged. I hope to work with Ash again in the near future.

Loved her!! Never gave up and kept fighting for me every step of the way. Even working pass hours to keep everything running smoothly. Worked extremely hard during my process and even made sure that I was getting a good deal. Was very informative and gave me her feed back and her thoughts which is something I very much appreciated. Her thoughts on everything helped me make the decisions I made while making sure I was getting everything I wanted and needed. Always talked to me and reassured me when I thought everything was falling apart. An amazing real estate agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone and would definitely would appreciate it if Veterans United world do the same. Hard to find an honest agent that fights for you. She is well above reproach. Anybody would be lucky to have her on their side and as an agent.

Jennifer Wadhwa was absolutely wonderful to work with!! As a first time homebuyer and buying in a seller's market, Jennifer reassured me that she wanted to find me the perfect home, and she did. You can tell she is a seasoned realtor and knows the in's & out's on how to approach putting in the right offer, negotiating, and understanding what her client is looking for. I would highly recommend her to everyone looking to buy a home!!

Paul was the man! He was thorough and attentive. He was reachable at anytime, and has a great personality. Very easy to work with and he really listened. Absolutely a pleasure to go through houses with. If we came upon a house that did not meet VA standards we moved on promptly and he didn't waste our time looking at houses that we wouldn't be able to get. I cant say enough good things about him and our experience with him.

Karen has been extremely professional, personable and helpful during our house shopping experience. Houses were getting bought up so quickly! Once we found the one and our offer was accepted, Karen did all she could to make it smooth and easy. When we had a glitch on the appraisal part, she helped us work out a solution quickly. Karen went above and beyond and has always been very kind and patient.

Julie is an incredible and helpful realtor. She knows the area and how to make the right moves to help a family secure their new home. She was always available to us regardless of what time we contacted her with the time difference we had from hawaii to Oklahoma. She is kind spirited and was extremely responsive.
