Aggressive in getting me to accept offer. had to ask for certain info that should be handed to me sooner. Seemed more interested in getting me to purchase higher priced homes.

Donna Brown was very friendly, but being associated with Veterans United she only thanked me for my service the day we showed up to our home a month plus. I’m very disappointed that she did not ever look at the house herself and the very least do a final walk through. Our house was trashed, it had trash inside, rotten food in the fridge, no locks in the back door and our washer and dryer we purchased in our contract was missing from the home. Had she done a final walk through this would have been caught aged of time. I feel very let down.

Becky Swanson our realtor was Outstanding. She took us through the house hunting and showings no matter the virus or the weather or when the houses were so tough to get with the competition of current conditions of buyers/sellers at all time highs. She personally got us to the house of our dreams. She will always be a welcomed part of our family in our new home !

Veteran’s United put me in contact with Hollie Beckwith and WV Mountaineer Realty. I had not heard of Hollie before, but she made the home buying experience a great one for my family. Hollie worked with the listing agent, the attorney, and my loan team and really brought all the pieces together. I will recommend Hollie to everyone from here on out!
