She never listened to any requests. I explained to her several times I couldn’t talk during the work day and yet she’d call and text repeatedly (even for not important questions or comments) and when I wouldn’t answer she’d bombard my email. She also lied to us several times about a house being approvable by the VA and it seemed to us that was bc it wasn’t a high enough cost. (IE a house we loved cost 200k and she told us the fence paint was too chipped for it to be approved for a VA loan, so we shouldn’t even try and yet the house we got, the fence is falling apart and rotten and it got approved) She also talked badly about VetUnited as a company and kept pushing me to use a conventional loan instead. She was an absolute wretched agent to work with. I am glad the process is over now so I can finally block her and never speak to her again. I would recommend VetUnited to friends but will never recommend Toni Caywood as an agent.

Absolutely outstanding!!! I wanted to give up a few times in this sellers market, but Wendy Manzke kept at it and encouraged me to do the same. Like Aaron and his team, she had the ability to make me feel as if I were her only client. She promptly answered texts and calls and would get offers submitted very quickly. I can’t speak highly enough of her. If you’re in Milwaukee area, go with Wendy Manzke.

Katie Ely is AWESOME to work with. She is very attentive and knows the right questions to ask so that she can help find your FOREVER-HOME!! After a few no-go homes she did not give up and when she found our FOREVER HOME she knew it was the right fit for us and made every effort for us to obtain it!

Kay Reese was there from the start to the finish, calling me with updates on inspection, always keeping me updated with the repairs that were needed and just calling with anything that she felt I needed to know about the property, she definitely had my back.

Laurie was fantastic!! We had put in 6 previous offers with no luck until we were able to get our house. Laurie was there the entire time for anything we needed and helped so much! Would highly recommend her to anyone out there
