We had A LOT of trouble closing because of probate with the seller. Our agent was amazing. Reached out daily to let us know what was going on. If you are in Tallahassee Nancy Digisi is the best realtor you could ask for.

Communication could have been better throughout, but I also selected a property that required little to no agent assistance. I would have been more comfortable if my agent was available and regularly in touch or offered more tailored services to my situation.

Kim was great! She was very responsive and always willing to meet us to see a house despite the distance she had to drive. She answered any question that we had very quickly and would always reach out to any of the selling real estate agents quickly as well with any questions or viewing requests we had. I am glad that she was our agent for our first home!

Andy was a great help in providing me with properties to look at and arranging to see the properties I found on my own.
