Both of our real estate agents did their job however there were times that I feel Tanja did not have the same dedication as the Veterans United team showed us. She pushed her view and thoughts without listening or taking into account our situation and needs. Our realtor Ben and his firm were great. They went over and beyond to ensure we found the home for our family. They understood our crazy schedule and not being local and was able to arrange viewing to meet our needs.

Overall Levora was very good, there were times where communication could have been better and things could have been planned better. Other than that she was good.

I now know that motivation is crucial to getting a home and Kari McDaniel brought more than enough for me and my wife through out this process. Her availability and willingness to work around my work schedule made this process significantly easier. If I lost out on a home she was quick to assure me that more homes were available and not to fret as she'd find us something. I often hate dealing with various options but she gave me options in homes, offer strategies and kept me aware of offers that I lost out on so I could be more competitive with the next offer. She's awesome. I lucked out getting her and Angie Moore to assist me with this process.

Adam was excellent! After hearing the home we were going to close on didn't happen due to the seller not working with us on agreeable terms...he worked with my wife to get her out there and look at other homes immediately because we were in a crunch. He was very responsive and informative to where we chatted regularly. And even though my Dodgers beat his Cardinals, he still gave us excellent customer service ha ha ha ha. Thank you Adam for all the help you provided to us...we truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.

River was awesomeeeeee!!!! So organized and always a few steps ahead. We made an offer on the first house she showed me and with her help we closed on it with little to no hiccups. Nervous wasn't even the word to describe how I initially felt going into searching for a home as a first time buyer. River made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I 100% would recommend her to anyone.

Sonya is an angel. 100% the reason we were able to have our offer accepted. Responded to every email and text in a an out of this world fast fashion. She would also drop knowledge bombs on us on what to look for, how to move past an obstacle and what to say. We absolutely adore her.
