This is a mixed one as far as the realtor that helped us find our new home. Ms. Williams did not show up to our final closing meeting, to which she had to leave our new house key hidden in an outdoor power outlet for our arrival. Additionally, the home was FILTHY upon our arrival and the prior owners left numerous personal items and two full trash bins. I get that the realtor isn't expected to clean the house, but she could've worked with the selling agent to ensure the prior owners cleaned as such. Lastly, there was no welcome package for us upon arrival (something a previous realtor (Ms. Sheila Whitley) did for us in the past). It's the little things that matter, especially when we had to shell out $495 for her services last minute. 5/10As far as the realtor that's helping us sell our current home, Mr. Adam Noe is a fantastic realtor! He's clear, concise, and communicates effectively and honestly. He's made the process of selling our house easy for my wife and I! 10/10

She did good, but there were some things that I was disappointed in. Several times she almost dropped the ball, didn't always communicate well, and almost made a big mistake! Overall, she landed the deal and did what she was supposed to do.

We only interacted with Jorge a little but he was professional and we purchased the first house he showed us.
