John Wilson is inexperienced and not too sharp. He means well, but his execution is poor and he made us repeat arduous accounting tasks that he could have done himself as he had access to our accounts. Also, he was slow to respond to items that were time sensitive - when it was time to send the loan documents for us to sign, he inexplicably delayed them while blaming the Title Company and forcing these huge, extrapolated email chains amongst all interested parties.
