Slow turnaround on communication was the biggest barrier to success. I don't think they fully understood how much we didn't know about the home buying process despite us being first time homebuyers.

Patti Green Kent, was horrible to work with, she was only good for the saved contracts on her computer everything else we found or figured out on our own. Absolutely wound not recommend her.

Audrianna Monroe-Seifert is without a doubt one of the best real estate agents we've worked with. She went above and beyond and was the most ardent advocate for us. She was determined to make this a pleasant and memorable experience for us. She is very knowledgeable on the real estate market and current trends and offered us constructive and valuable advice and feedback throughout the process. She is excellent at her job. Her drive and determination is evident in her work ethic. She still keeps in contact with us, sending us the latest market information for our area. Audrianna is warm, personable and professional and we highly recommend her.

Robert Martin was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was great explaining things to us and basically held our hand through the whole process of searching for a home, looking at homes, making offers, doing his homework to help us purchase our home at a price we were willing to spend. He stayed with us through Closing and presented us our key & gift. We can’t say enough good things about Robert.

Donna Stubenvoll was excellent at her job she was also very dedicated to getting the loan across the goal line. Her dedication to her was refreshing and much better than the first agents I used when trying to purchase a home. She works all day long to make sure that she is getting the work accomplished in a timely manner. I will recommend her to friends in the future.
