Honest, trustworthy. Helped me identify problems that could occur in Florida homes in regards to wood rot, poor workmanship by out of state contractors, home ownership insurance and what problems could arise if there is shoddy workmanship and/or evidence of wood destroying bugs (termites... saved us a lot of time and money with this information). He did not push homes at me but rather guided me through the inventory that was available, open houses, etc.. We are not first time home owners so I appreciate him recognizing that and treating us accordingly. Very polite man, he was there for us at every text, phone call; even late at night.

If I could rate Warren higher than a 10, I would. I remember meeting shady agents before Warren who tried to force me to sign with them. It didn't feel right. When I met Warren, I liked him and asked if I needed to sign anything to work with him, to which he replied "No need. If I'm not doing my job for you, you can go to someone else".Warren was also very honest and always looked out for MY interest. If things were overpriced, bad location, never pushing me to buy or get into a bad deal. Excellent agent.
