Sometimes hard to get a hold of but understandable with the amount of clients they deal with on a daily basis.

Steven Parson has a laugh he does when he's trying to re-assure me about something. Like a tell in Poker, kind of made me wonder if he was withholding information. Also, I'm a Chief in the navy, getting called sir is considered an insult.

Ms Bell was very helpful in the beginning of process but after we went under contract she never reached out, sent the wrong photos of house, didn’t come to first inspection (unsure if COVID restrictions was the reason), she didn’t do much coordinating with Meghan and didn’t speak with Ms Adams, the builders representative on our behalf. At the end of process she’d send emails/text to a group (me, Megan, Ms Adams) and never follow up

I did majority of the work from finding the house to ensuring proper communication was maintained between seller and buyers agent. Had to contact the seller of property directly because of miscommunication between agents. I had to request my agent take me to view the house to make sure work was being done satisfactorily being that it was a new construction. The process took an additional 4 months not all the agents fault but I was more at helm pushing and contacting individuals to get things done.

I do not recommend the real estate agent connection attached to Veterans United.
It was really a bad experience. To large of a network to provide local needed service.

Ashley was simply amazing. She was referred to me by John's team, and right off I realized that she was the go-getting that would help me close on my next home. She was able to help me deal with a FSBO that did not like realtors, put him at ease, and get though the whole process. She was my advocate, and made sure that everything was done right here on the ground. I will be using her when it's time to PCS again.

Though I couldn't point her out in a crowd of people at a mall (we never met) her ability to understand Veteran loans and the entire process makes her a dominant agent in today's market. What she lacks in warm and fuzzy customer service interactions, she makes up for with constant communication and the ultimate goal of putting a veteran in a house under any circumstance.

Marion and Shelby were magnificent and spent countless hours house hunting and ensuring we were well equipped with the knowledge and intricacies of the house buying process. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Ladies!Adrian and Betty
