Our agent did the least amount of work possible and did not explain anything to us. He gave us wrong information on multiple occasions. The selling agent of the home we bought was way more helpful, and she didn’t work for us.

Twila is the best out there in my opinion. We have about 100 call back and forth. Out of those 100 I only had to receive a callback one time because she answered anytime of the day. She not only knows her job in and out but as well a portion of others. She didn't try to steer me one way and pressure me for anything. She had a solution for every problem on the spot. Her associate dawn is also a mirror image of her determination to help her clients. All-star dream team if you ask me. Definitely going to be working with twila again in the years to come.

Jeff was perfect for us. He was aggressive in the perfect way. Holding the sellers agent accountable and really taking the time with us first time home buyers. Even after closing he calls to check on us and always there to answer questions I have. Jeff is amazing.
