I was always referred to as "Client" in person and in emails. We had minimal communication the last two weeks prior to closing. I did my final walk-thru 45 minutes prior to closing. I do not think there is a law that prevents a buyer from seeing there soon to be purchase at least 1 day prior.

Melisa was amazing and personable. Very patient with showings and helping us find our forever home. The market in our small town was pretty slim, and she made sure we were aware of homes that would come up for sale soon. As a family of six, she understood the room we needed and that a big yard was a huge selling point. She would check in to make sure there wasn't anything we needed to do, and helped SO MUCH in making our dream come true.
