Very knowledgable and utilized her professional network to ensure we got any required services completed in a timely and budget friendly manner. There were times when we were unable to reach the agent for days at a time and as first time home buyers, communication would have been helpful. At the end of the day, we got the house and are extremely happy with it.

This was a non- typical home purchase where buyers bought the house site unseen and relied on the realtor to provide initial move-in ready assessment to include a sniff test in an effort to detect a moldy musty odor. We settled on a house that should have never been placed on the market due unsanitary and odorous carpet which was covered in extensive dog urine stains and required removal. Then there are other smelly issues. Instead of purchasing a move-in ready home, we bought a fixer-upper. The list of disappointing required repairs is too long to reference. This house should never have been placed on the market in its condition.

The first agent recommended to me contracted COVID 19 early on and was no longer available. Her realty partner (my second agent) was too frequently unavailable when I needed her advice and did not provide timely responses to my attempts to communicate with her. We met face-to-face only three times in six months: when we signed the contract for the home with the builder of the property, when we had a walk-thru of the property one week prior to closing and at closing.

DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND CAROLE KUBIS EVER AGAIN!!! I’ve had the worst experience with her. I really hope you do not recommend her. Not only does it make your job harder but the fact that she seemed to have given up on me was insulting!! She forgot about us! It seemed like once the contract was signed she didn’t care anymore! She sent other people in her place to do her job and it felt like she was avoiding us! She wasted a lot of our time and I’m furious I didn’t choose a different agent that cared. I wish I could rate her at a 0/10 but it is not an option. I never even received a simple text or call saying congratulations. What a horrible agent.

Randy was great, he understood my needs and was always willing to listen to my wishlist of the perfect house. He took extra care to locate properties that fit the bill. Little did we know I was already in the property that I would end up purchasing. When my rental became available for sale, Randy took the reigns and worked the offer with the owners. He packed the perfect deal for me. Thanks for all the miles you drove, the late night text messages you answered, and holding my hand through one of the most important deals of my life. My first home!!!!

We worked with both Danielle and Mike from EXP Realty (mostly Danielle, though). Again, same thing as I have mentioned above. Both were beyond helpful throughout the whole process with helping us find a place even though our ability to be there in person was incredibly limited. Danielle was an incredible resource when it came to knowing about the area, builders and other important factors.

Simply amazing! There was not a time where I felt like I was being used for a quick dollar like I've felt with other agents. She was never too busy and always gave her honest an professional opinions. She showed up at every viewing, no matter the time or distance. She shared similar experiences which made my fist time buying experience a smooth one.
