What did it for me was the day before closing seeming as if it was a burden to do his job and get my spouse added into the contract so both our names could be on the deed. This was said months in advance just to get to the last day and it still not be done. It almost lengthened our closing process, and could’ve cost us more money.

Allen and Darla are a husband and wife power couple! From the moment we started working with them they were both very attentive to our wants and needs for our home search. They both had great taste and selected great homes for us to look at and worked with us on our availability to show them to my wife and I. Had a conversation with Allen and even though we decided that we wanted to have a home in the Hilo town area he threw his hat in the ring and suggested that we look at a new build home in the Hawaiian Paradise Park area. And we are so glad that he did! If it wasn’t for his bold move we would have never found our forever home. From the moment we saw the listing my wife and I were like “wow” we should really consider this one. The house was on the market only one day and we were probably the second or third people to view it but once we saw the property we knew that this was the home for us. And before we even left the house that day my wife and I had told Allen and Darla that we were ready to put in our offer and get the process started. And to their surprise our offer got accepted right away so all of us were mind blown! My wife and I are both very happy to have had our chance to work with Allen and Darla they truly are amazing people and they know the business. Thank you Allen and Darla for being there for us and helping us understand the in’s and out’s of this home buying process. It was truly our pleasure to have you both in our corner and working with you and helping us get our forever home. You guys are awesome!

DJ is a great person. I think we worked well together and looking for a house very open to ideas pointed out things to me that I would not have thought of was there if I found something I wanted to look at just overall, what a great person. And what a great realtor thank you so much for everything DJ.

I'm glad I was teamed up with Wendell. Although I never physically walked through the home, he did a face time walk through while answering all my questions. We stayed in constant contact and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. Great Realtor, thanks Wendell!
