We could not have asked for a better realtor. Denise Napoleone was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and she really cared about helping us find the right home for us. It was an extremely tough market for buyers, and we can say without a doubt we would not have been able to get an offer accepted without Denise. The ladies at Kinected Reality are spectacular! Kelli and Hollie are awesome! They were very clear and honest about each home we looked at. Listed pros and cons and told us what kind of upkeep it may take. Not only were they professional, but they were also fun to work with! They made our experience less stressful and daunting. Between 1-10 of a rating I give a 15! She fit my needs as far as finding a house and interactions with excellence. She answered all the questions I asked and the ones I did not ask. I usually throw business cards away after the completion of business but I will hold onto hers. Awesome!

Jodi bore the brunt of most of this, she truly shouldered the load and stayed on top of things. The sellers realtor at reality executives was awful, she is the one that caused the delays to the appraisal which set us back multiple times and pushed our closing date over a month.
