If I could give a 20, I would. Joel Pielemeier and Oden Raines went above and beyond what a "normal" realtor would have done with our home purchase. From the start of our purchase of a home Joel and Oden were heavily involved with the sale. During the process, when multiple problems arose with the seller, these two gentlemen were right there with us and worked hard to make the sale work. Our purchase was a long-distance phone and email effort that entailed a lot of legwork on their part. In particular we want to let everyone know that Oden Raines was a rock for throughout our seller problems. Every time something came up, he was calm, sure of himself and gave us choices to make concerning the "fixing" of the problems. He made sure that the necessary paperwork for closing extensions was sent to us in a timely manner, and helped lift our spirits when it appeared that the home purchase was going to fail. Oden, and Joel, are fantastic assets for Long Realty/Lopez Realty/Veterans United Realty.

Absolutely phenomenal. Jessica was always ready to answer my questions. She was always on the hunt for new properties and made the extra efforts to get us virtual tours (since I'm out of country) she even drove to the property to film for me. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and dedicated real estate agent. Absolutely wonderful to work with.

Our realtor was Kelly at first and she was great and very reliable. I appreciate the hard work she put in trying to find a non-HOA property. She referred us to Eric because we were looking at other locations. Eric went all out on a property we were interested in, and he really came through with the negotiating. He is the best at what he does!!

Jolene was excellent and worked with me to find the right home for my budget and needs. She was intone with me and worked to help get the loan closed when the appraiser required touch up painting on the windows. She paid for the paint and took her personal time to get this done. I don't think many people would do that.

Ralph was the epitome of a stellar agent. He was extremely attentive to my home buying needs. He consistently made himself available to answer any calls/texts regarding the home buying process. He was also quick to gauge my taste in homes and always provided properties that matched. He has my two thumbs up!
