Matt is one of a kind. When you go into a house he lets you see what you need to see instead of guiding you through and telling you oh look here look there. Most people have a mental checklist of things they need to look at like we’re plugs are ceiling fans etc. after I was done looking at a property and did my checklist then Matt would highlight things of the home and what was best. He lets you pick and by your home.

Scott was very knowledgeable on the current market and all that comes with it. This being our first home he was a great teacher and worked on out behalf. We have learned so much in this process and what things to look for and leverage because of Scott. He worked in out budget and was realistic with us on what to expect in our price range. He definitely delivered over and beyond what we where looking for in a home. Late night text and questions were answered and he helped us be quick to offer on the house we have which was needed in the way the market is right now.

Steve is a phenomenal real estate agent! He’s been so patient and helpful while working in an unprecedentedly crazy real estate market. Extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of house buying. It’s always felt like he had our best interests in mind, even if it meant taking us out of compromising on a house for a quicker sale in favor of finding the best possible house for us. I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know buying a house in the DMV.

Janell was amazing, she was always available for us no matter time or day. She always stayed positive even when we continually turned down homes for small details we didn't like. She always had more listings to present to us and til the end was such an amazing person to work with. I highly recommend her and will also be using her if or when we decide to move on to another home.

Deborah was very personable and really listened to what we were looking for in our new home. She was very enjoyable to be around and made sure to include our daughter as much as possible when touring homes. My real estate agent was great! She had my husband and I out looking at houses on almost every weekend and ALWAYS answered when I would message her. I know that without her we would not have been able to find such a great house for us.
