My real estate agent made herself available to me at any time of the day or night. Once I began looking at homes, I began working tirelessly to search online for the perfect house. When I called her, she always answered with a friendly tone and was often willing to listen to my bemoaning. I am a full-time college student, I babysit my grandchild, I tutor, and I am a caregiver for my relative. She had the flexibility to work around my busy schedule while keeping me informed of homes, in my price range, that would accept VA financing. I would most definitely recommend this real estate agency to anyone in my area who wants and needs a personalized house hunting journey.

When I say she was on top of it.....that isn't a lie. She went all over Tampa area and even up to Winter Haven to look at houses for us. Because we were in Hawaii, she would video part of the drive coming towards the house so you can see what it's like and then give a very descriptive verbal detail for us for what the camera wasn't picking up. She knows her clients very well and can understand what is a "need" and what is a "want".

Adrienne was amazing at helping us find our dream home. It was a long search with lots of ups and downs but she was a fighter when contract time came to ensue we got the best deal. She knows not just about real estate but home construction and improvements to let you know when and where to look for repairs or plan for costs in future.
