I was a bit disappointed in the real estate agent. this could be from my own expectations of what to expect from a real estate agent in the St louis area. my wife and I spent our time just going to open houses as apposed to having our agent bring us properties. it really felt like we were alone in the searching process.

Very poor communication
Kept putting off till next week
Started this process the first week of April
Each week one excuse after another
After 2 extensions finally closed on 26 July
I feel it's their fault that I had to pay for two Inspections for the Va approval.
Should have been done right the first time
Worked well with the real estate agent selling the property
Could never get an answer from jamie tucker about questions I asked her to ask them
Very unsatisfied with the support from jamie and paul from their realty
When paul was speaking to me on the phone he stated that there is something wrong with me and that I should be proud of the va working with me
I am a 20 year retired Veteran and I felt he was speaking to me like I was an Idiot.
I felt very upset over that talking with him

Our Realtor, from Caldwell Bank "who was provided through VU was absolutely amazing and instrumental in every aspect. He saved us thousands of dollars and got us into the house of our dreams! Not only that but he was on call for anything dealing with the purchase as well as took multiple trips to the home for our peace of mind. Awesome realtor, professional as well as intuitive and courteous. I would recommend Cold Well Bank Realty and John to anyone.

My realtor was AMAZINGLY great. We were very green coming into this process and Tonya was there every step of the way. She was johnny on the spot when we wanted to look at a house and putting offers out quickly. We would have been so lost without her. I can't imagine going thru this process with any other realtor. I am forever grateful to her.
