She never gave up on us, stayed in connect 100% of the time. Always listened to what we were wanting and looking for, and maybe sure the houses we saw, was what we were asking for. She would book showings late at night for us to look at( because of our work schedule) or even on the weekends. She kept in touch with me daily until we found the perfect home. Any time I had a issue or started over stressing out, she was there reassuring me and making it less stressful. She wasn't able to be present for the closing because an emergency came up, however she was still on the phone with us making sure it was going perfect and there was no confusion. If she didn't have the answer to our questions, she would go out of her way to get us the answer. She is very sweet, professional, and straight forward.

Colin Sparks was suburb. He helped us narrow down our home specs, price, home location, and was our ambassador during this entire process since we bought this home without seeing in person. He always got the first avaliable viewing (which we did over FaceTime), and would run all over town showing us any house we requested. He's very knowledgeable and helped us create competitive offers without breaking the bank in this crazy market. In the end there were other circumstances that pushed the closing of our home 1 day passed our original contract. The seller was going to back out but Colin gave his entire commission to the seller so we could keep this home.

My real estate agent is named Derrick Mickens, and he wouldn't let me settle for anything less than what I deserved. He was there for me to call no matter whether it was day or night with any questions or concerns that I had and was able to answer and solve any problems that I may have encountered. He made me really feel like family and helps me to understand the ins-and-outs of home buying, and reassured me that when everything was all said and done he would help me find the home of my dreams and that is exactly what happened. Keep up the good work Derrick.

Any questions asked of her were done with a smile. Good real estate agents are hard to find we know because we have been looking for house over 3 years and had about 5 agents..Jennifer was God sent because we were about to give up..Thank you Jennifer for all your hard work..

Scott Fields,of Fields of dreams homes was the best agent ever! If we weren't looking at houses, we were on the phone talking about them. He was very informative of the process. I know I was not his only client, but I was truly made to feel like I was. Positive, knowledgeable and thorough she responded to each email immediately with updates to our situation. Our Real Estate Agent Julie Rhodes was AMAZING! She was truly on top of her game. Just really looked out for us when it came to pricing, seller's closing cost, and getting needed repairs done. She followed up with us regularly and made sure all of our questions were answered. We were so grateful to have her on our team. Thank Julie, you are AWESOME!

Tried a few real estate agents prior to being assigned one from VU and it seemed like they wanted to just have me purchase a house in a rush without putting any effort into trying to find something I like the agent that VU set me up helped me find my dream house by going off of houses that I told him I liked

Aness really was patience and opened my wife and I into different opportunities that I could not have thought to try and explore. The home that was purchased is in an area that I originally had no interest in. She ensured that she was available for any and all needs that we may have had.

Every questions I had, Howard knows the answer to it. If you don't know, he knows. He's been doing this for a while so, ask him anything he will give you an answer. And there is no such thing as a dump question to this guy. Because he's been through all of them, he knows.

Mr. Norman, was very patient with me. I had lots of questions for him and he answered all of them. He was quick to find properties within my price range and gave me all the info I needed to make a sound decision. He was very pleasant to work with and a kind guy.

Kurt was on top of houses we preferenced. The housing market in West Michigan is hot, most houses sell within 24 hrs of listing. Honest and extremely courteous.
