We felt Like we did a lot of the work on our end with finding the home we wanted. She did not talk highly of VA Home Loans. She seemed very doubtful even with the home we purchased.

Not very knowledgeable with va loan many questions I did have I was told to ask my loan officer when she as a realtor should know

While she has a strong commitment to Veterans, Aimee was completely frustrating to work with. She did not communicate well, she suggested homes to us that were way out of our interest, and she was mistaken about a big part of the closing process which resulted in significant extra effort on our end. I would not recommend Aimee to anyone. We ended up finding the house we eventually bought ourselves on Zillow. Aimee was sufficient at paperwork but her help ended there. She had told us we would be able to do a virtual close, which was preferred as we both work full time, however days before the close the title agency told us that was not an option. I called Aimee to confirm and she responded as if she had that information already but had not provided it to us. She did not apologize for her mistake or offer suggestions. This ended up in us having to take unexpected time off work. Overall a bad experience with her.

Adam Wade was assigned to us through the network of realtors that Veterans United had already put together. We feel the universe put him in our life to have one of the best experiences when buying a house in this chaotic market. He was super knowledgeable about each house we looked at and was able to point out red flags on certain ones as well which we appreciated. He was never late to an appointment and we looked at over 30 homes it seems! He was always responsive with any questions we had and had 100% urgency to get things going once we found the perfect home! The selling agency (OpenDoor) delayed several things and Adam went above and beyond communicating to them to get the job done in order to close fast! We were very lucky to have him represent us and feel he always looked out for our best interest! Highly recommend!

My real estate agent was the best. She never failed to keep me informed. My agent stayed in constant contact with me and always made sure that our meetings never interfered with my work. The best part of it all was seeing that she was just as or more excited about this than I was. Her service was professional and very friendly.

Paul White was the best real estate a home buyer could ask for. Was recommended by veterans united, and was the nicest, caring real estate agent one could hope for. Would highly recommend Keller Williams and Paul White for future homebuyers.
