Real estate agent was willing to do video calls but I had to reach out to the agent to ask if offers were accepted or declined. We were in a time crunch and there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency. Positives: very polite and courteous. Willing to see any house we wanted and willing to video call as we were buying out of state.

I was connected with Anna Tann through Veteran's United. Because of this she was very knowledgeable when it came to the VA Loan, immediately putting me at ease. I explained to Anna that I had no idea where to start when it came to buying a home and from our very first meeting, she explained, step-by-step, exactly what to expect and when. She LITERALLY gave me a step-by-step guide that I referred back to constantly. Not only was she willing to work with my ever changing schedule, Anna also never made any question feel too small; no matter how many times I asked. I appreciated her integrity and honesty throughout the whole process and I will definitely be referring my friends!

Our real estate agent, Harry Jacobs, treated us very well as first time home buyers. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire process and I really appreciated his work ethic in getting us into the house that we wanted in a relatively short amount of time. He took care of us and made sure that we understood how to smartly buy a house, which was particularly important for us since we were buying a house in a new area that we have never lived in before.

My real estate agent, James Eldridge, did a fantastic job of helping me purchase my new home. He was attentive to my needs and always went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He was transparent and straightforward, two qualities that are not heard of with agents in the current market.
As a veteran himself, his connection with other veteran's made him a standup agent to work with.
