My experience with the referred real estate agent was ok. Daniel Perry was our first agent and we had to do a lot of viewings with him virtual as we weren't in Fl yet but he was very responsive and accommodating. He wrote a contact that the sellers accepted on first pass so that was great. I'd give him a 10. However, our closing real estate agent Bryanna was ok. She was very nice. But she may be over tasked w other buyers. I didn't feel she was aggressive enough with the seller's realtor. Busted time timeliness for responses to repairs. Her communication started off punctual then lacked towards the end. She wasn't very good at putting us at ease considering the delays. But I think she has good potential. Overall, I would give her a 7 or 8.

The real estate agent I was paired with, Mark Harter with John L. Scott in Lake Oswego, Oregon, technically did the job he was hired to do. His communication is quite lacking, though. To the point where I found myself frustrated. The closer we got to closing day, the worse it got. I should not have to ask the same question multiple times to get an answer. Asking for copies of paperwork that I still haven't received. I wouldn't choose to work with Mark again.

Edwin and Breon make a fabulous team and took excellent care of us to the best of their ability during each step of this process. It was very apparent in their work ethic how much our needs were very important to them. They were constantly advocating that they wanted to provide me and my wife Julia with the best quality service that they could. They not only lived up to that standard but exceeded it at every turn. I will continue to maintain our relationship with them in the future because they were not only really good at their job but they are awesome people as well.
