In the beginning phase of this homebuying experience, our realtor, Jenny was delayed in responding to our inquiries on potential properties and considered changing realtors. She eventually became aware of what our needs were in a new house and followed through until the day of closing. In the end, although she maintained complete professionalism, we did select her not knowing the primary form of communication would be through email, dotloop, and text. I never really connected with Jenny, like the rest of the VU team. Recommend, future VU customers can select a few different realtors to speak with prior to choosing who they want to represent them during the search and negotiations with the seller. Having a realtor who does the necessary research on properties prior to initial showings so questions can be answered on the spot would be invaluable.

Alexandra was so great at helping us find our home along with making sure that everything in the home was going to be ready by our closing date. She always kept in contact with us throughout every step of the way and made sure we knew what to do.
