She was well informed on real-estate in the area, was prompt on getting our offer to the seller, helped with negotiating with the owners agent. She was also displeased with the slow rate in which our loan was processed, and was not happy about having our closing date delayed by 2 weeks.

Kira is horrible .I would not recommend anyone to her.I honestly hate that we selected her as our agent.If there was anything that we regret from this process, it was selecting her as our agent.She helped sold our old home and help with this home and I regret doing both transactions with her.I wish we had to pick someone else who valued us as customers

Terrance Brennan was recommended to be my realtor by Veterans United. Awesome recommendation. He was patient, didn’t rush or pressure me at all while searching for a home. He is a very positive person in both personality and attitude. Because of that, I kept searching even when I felt like I wasn’t ever going to find a home in a “sellers market” and wanted to quit. Mr. Terrance did his job as my realtor exceptionally well. The value of having him as my realtor was priceless because he made a new world(home buying)/big investment feel safe and less stressful because of the wealth of knowledge he generously poured out. Really good guy, good realtor.

Cathi Neville is a fantastic realtor! She worked so hard to make sure that I got a house that I, not only loved, but that's safe and has no big issues.The first house I put in an offer on, turned into a minor nightmare, and Cathi fought hard to make sure that I got the repairs that were promised. And when that didn't happen, she helped ensure that I got my earnest money back to put on the house that I have now.She has worked so diligently to make sure that I was happy and got everything I needed in a house. If I ever have cause to sell my house and/or buy a new ones, I plan to work Cathi.

Sofia was our real estate agent and we were so happy to be partnered with her. Not only was she very down to earth and open minded but she wasn’t like the typical agent just trying to get your money and be pushy about things. She was very punctual, responds in a heart beat, and generally knowledgeable. The touch was walking into our first home with heartfelt welcome gifts, that we were not expecting. She was amazing!

Colin was amazing I got in contact with him while deployed. And he worked really hard finding us a house that we would love. And he was great with communicating and really pushing any needs that we needed from the seller. He also has great contacts and will give you great people for anything you might need in the home buying process

Laurie Godwin-Dannat was absolutely amazing in helping me find a home. I was scared sometimes and confused often but she clarified my confusion and eased me fears. I think Laurie went the extra mile to really help me through home buying after Covid and calm my anxiety of finding a home in an area I was unfamiliar with.

Doris absolutely blew my expectations away for what I expected a real estate agent to be. Kind, informative, and courteous. I truly don't believe another agent will ever top the experience I had received from them, should I ever need a relator's services again.

Duston Obermeyer was the perfect no nonsense realtor that we needed. He was always straight forward and honest. I knew that I could count on him to provide us with good information and everything that we need, so that we could make the best decision for our family.

I really enjoyed working with Pam Shelvin. What a sweet personality she has, and she was never impatient when I would change my mind. She made herself available and showed us a multitude of houses. I would definitely call her if I was looking for another home.

Ron was outstanding to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking in Baltimore city and the surrounding suburbs. At every step of the transaction he did what needed to be done to advocate on my behalf and get the deal over the finish line.
