Deana Prater is a Saint. I thought any moment she would give up on me, but she didn't. For almost a year she dedicated herself to finding me a home, she must have walked me through a hundred houses teaching me the ins and outs of buying my first home. She was extremely patient as I worked finding a home around my offshore schedule. If I was out of town she would drive by a house I was Interested in and even take videos. She always worked the numbers for each house helping me to understand the cost, and always made me feel comfortable with walking away from a house I didn't feel was right. I always felt like I was in good hands with Deana.

Mark Wayman is the best! My wife and I could not have had a better experience with another real estate agent. Mark made looking for homes fun and as our time went on, he made it a point to tune into what we were looking for and what we wanted in our first home. I would recommend Mark Wayman to anyone looking to buy a home. He treated us like friends and is extremely knowledgeable. His experience as an agent put me and my wife at ease throughout this whole process. He never gave up and provided encouragement when we were discouraged. Brent, being a veteran himself, understood our needs and what we were looking for. He also knew what the VA appraiser would be looking for and advised us on houses that could be potential problems or what houses would pass smoothly. He also brought up stuff that we had no clue about in the house market today and really made us aware of what we would be jumping into if we bought certain properties.

Arlene McCoy was great! She’s very personable, professional and knowledgeable! She was always understanding, she set a personal goal to help us accomplish our Christmas wish “A home for Christmas”. Really good Madeline would see homes with us even late night. When we were feeling defeated she really uplifted us to keep looking and trying to find our home. I appreciated that when we had trouble with our home they made sure things were fixed how we wanted and that we were happy with the home we got.
