Real estate agent did an OK job with everything. I Would want my real estate agent to go above and beyond with things about my property that I was buying the only thing that she was very adamant about was having the house clean I was supposed to close and have everybody out within 72 hours within closing and they did not happen.

Seemed too busy and scattered. He was not good at getting questions answered. He acted like a salesman that just wanted a quick sale instead of a realtor that knows the community and is helpful.

The real estate agents I was assigned were knowledgeable regarding the VA Home Loan process, had zero issues communicating with the loan team and were absolutely familiar with the area I was interested in moving to. They were open and honest about the listings that popped up in my area of interest too. For example, they didn't waste my time with showing me every little thing that popped up. They pre-screened each property for me and only showed me the ones most worthy of my time and investment. Furthermore, if I had questions, they addressed each and every one to the best of their ability in a timely manner. They even conducted a second walkthrough of a property with me before I made my final decision, just so I could have more peace of mind. Lastly, we encountered some minor obstacles along the way, but it didn't deter this team. They helped me find solutions, and quickly too! I will use these guys in the future and highly recommend them to anyone I meet.

Verrondo is our guy!!! He is our realtor but means so much more to us! He kept us on track and informed. He was always honest and upfront with everything. Lol and even though I had him ripping and running almost everyday of the week looking at houses he never got frustrated with us. He is an incredible realtor.
