Brianna was definitely the best part of this experience. She made the process fun and exciting. Brianna chose the most amazing houses to tour that fit all of our criteria. She also is extremely knowledgeable about the homes and points out both positive and negative aspects of the homes. She always made sure to be detailed on things like siding, water heaters, home wiring, and roof condition. Every weekend touring with Brianna we found a house we wanted to put an offer in on. She was quick and efficient in that process as well ensuring that our paperwork was delivered on time and without errors. I would never want to work with another real estate agent other than Brianna.

He explained the entire process with us at the beginning so that we knew exactly what steps we would have to take. As soon as we found the house we wanted he worked quickly to send in an offer. Lynn Rice was absolutely FABULOUS! I, sadly, didn't have the opportunity to meet her, but my wife did and had nothing but praise for her. We communicated effortlessly during the entire process and i'm still shocked we got the house we did and at asking in this market.

Tommy stepped in and worked on being a voice to keep the builder in line and focused on getting the property ready by closing. Close to the end of the process he was very involved to ensure that all parties were on the same page.
