First let me specify that the Seller's Agent contacted me directly with an offer from the Seller prior to any documentation being accomplished or Buyer Agent being selected as the Buyer Agent was I believe selected from a pool of agents in my local area as I did not request nor contact River Region Realty.
The contact with the real estate agent (River Region Realty) once the appointment was made was spotty and not timely. There were times when the agent did not return any calls/emails for over a week to both myself and the VU team.
I was a bit disappointed with the agent when his first action was to contact the Seller and increase the selling price of the property but thank goodness the VA Appraiser had not completed his appraisal and devalued the Buying Agent/Seller's increase in the price.
The Buying Agent did make a come-back move the day before closing with ensuring a promised cash allowance from the Seller for minor repairs was kept intact and placed back on contract and enabled the attorney's office to make restitution.

He didn’t respond to messages for a week at a time. He didn’t show up to closing. I was aware of what was happening atleast a week before he told me about any progression that had been made.

Joe and Patrick were the best, so much better than my previous house purchase. Patrick was mostly hands on with me and did a great job finding properties that met my criteria. Joe was a simple phone call away and would respond quickly to any of my inquiries. Both answer any questions and concerns I had, and were a great sounding board when I needed to talk some issues through. Thank you both.

Keith at Nobles realty group has been outstanding. He quickly learned my preferences and would send me listings regularly. Justin was very knowledable and was able to spot potential problems prior to making an offer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a new home.
