This was my first time buying a house, I really think I actually did the leg work. I wasn't sure how the process was supposed to go. It seemed like if I didn't find the house then I wouldn't have looked at anything. It was very nerve racking when it came to dealing with her. I just don't think she was a very good fit for us.

Our team at Walters was simply the best! First up was our realtor, Jamie... From our first call, we knew she was right for us. She explained the complex housing market in our city and the intricacies that go along with making offers on houses. as we went through several offers that didn't get accepted, she tried her best to keep us confident. The most memorable thing about Jamie was her flexibility. There were times we made offers on the fly, and Jamie handled them just as we requested. There were also times we had offers on the table that we pulled on the fly. Again, Jamie was right there with us. Then there was Ashley who negotiated a price reduction on the house we ultimately bought and we thought we'd have to walk away from! Walters Team is highly recommended without hesitation!
