Dave is a fantastic person! However, I rated 5 due to the fact that we could have negotiated a bigger credit from the sellers. We were told estimated closing cost were about $7K. At the end of the closing, closing costs came out to be borderline $15K. Veterans united was a great experience, there is some staff that had a sense of urgency (not all) but overall average experience. Regardless thank you for all you did.

Having been in the business for almost 20 years, he was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to work around my crazy work schedule. Having pretty much bought site unseen, my real estate agent was willing to provide virtual walkthroughs of any property I was interested in. He made it such a simple and enjoyable experience!

My experience with Darla is very easy as well. There has been at least 10 amendments and exchange of information that transpired during the process. However, it was little to no burden on my part at all. I am very pleased.
