First agent didn't speak great English, or communicate in general. Things were not transparent and we did a great majority of the work. Things came to a head and the broker ended up taking over. Broker (Ron) was much better.

Absolutely phenomenal. Whenever she would notice an issue she wouldn't hesitate to speak on our behalf to help us resolve them. I think if it weren't for her we probably wouldn't have landed the place we did. She stayed motivated the entire time, even in her off hours because she is someone that truly cares. 100 out of 10 would be the more accurate rating.

Shannon is the best agent a guy could ask for!! She won my loyalty very quickly. She is easy to trust, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. Her advice was always sound. She is a very good listener and always had my best interests in mind. It was extremely exhausting trying to find the right home but Shannon always made it fun. I will miss working with her.
