Rachel Krill was my agent through this entire process. There is no word in the English language that could describe just how great of an agent she really is. She has gone above and beyond her duties and she has even helped AFTER my loan closed. In fact, she even helped me yesterday (three days after the transaction was complete) to get in contact with someone to assess damage to my home after severe wind and thunderstorms ravaged Arizona. The housing market is crazy right now because there is so much demand and very little inventory. She was able to get me the best deal and I didn't even have to pay out of pocket. There was no bidding war because she knew exactly how to create and word an enticing offer the seller could not refuse. Please give Rachel the recognition she deserves.

Steve is THE most helpful person I ever met. He made the homebuying experience an exciting experience whenever we visited a home with him. My wife and I both felt comfortable enough to ask any questions we had about a house to him for anything. He is very knowledgeable at his job and is extremely passionate about helping other veterans as a veteran himself. To any military member active duty or veteran I would recommend Steve to them. Our Real Estate agent was fantastic.I do wish we were able to have at least been contacted by the agent assigned to us by Veterans United. We left messages for her that were never returned and overall that portion of the program was a fail.
