Our agent was very responsive and did her best to select and show us homes which met our needs and budget. However, there were some miscommunications and assurances that I feel were given prematurely which contributed to planning events around a certain date and to last minute changes and unexpected expenses.

Teresa Hutt was a great asset. When our home closing was delayed each month for 5 months she stayed in touch with the builders, the United Veterans staff. Near closing time she made sure every requirement was accomplished on time. One situation nearly prevented us from closing on time, Teresa took charge and intervened the last minute to ensure we would close on time.
