Justin was knowledgeable about the home buying process, knew what to look for, and once I think he realized we weren't jerking his chain he was committed to helping us find the right house for our needs as we have teenage boys and three dogs (two of them Mastiff's) to house!
I'm the beginning of the home search we weren't on the same page schedules wise and the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays made it tough but with his help we got the deal done.

This was probably my only issue. Seemed to have a difficult time understanding what we were looking for and communication was not the strong suit with them.

Minimal interaction once house was chosen, was never available when needed, and never had current information on the house process. She was slow to get back to lender with necessary documents and information to ensure a smooth transition. I was going to fire her during the process but only kept her out of fear of further delays in my housing. I would definitely not recommend or use this realtor again.

Where to begin with this guy. Jerramey Luckenbaugh is an amazing person in and out. He was there every step of the way and after finding out about the situation we were in he got to work and found us our home and assisted us with every aspect of this journey. He was also in a rough spot in his personal life and he still made time for me and my family. And that I cannot thank him enough for. This man is the very definition of a hard worker.

Andy was very professional and took very good care of me and family during this process. He showed us houses any day of the week that fit our schedule and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns timely and accurately. My family and i felt very comfortable and well looked after during the entire process.
