She was unprofessional at times (there’s a line between friendly and being straight up unprofessional. Didn’t respond a lot of the time. She definitely didn’t make it seem like she cared much. My only disappointing part of the home buying process.

Although she was very willing to show us as many houses as we needed to tour. This portion of the home buyer experience was miserable. When all was said and done, we had been under contract three times, and lost our previous two homes for reasons we believe directly were associated with our lack of representation. Things got very hostile toward the end, and although she did remain our realtor until close. She attended our final walk though, and was never to been seen after that. I wouldn’t recommend that she represent any other veterans throughout their process. We almost felt as if we were dealing with two sellers agents during most of the process, and we were on our own negotiating the best deal for our family.

Toby connected us to Rusty Goiter. He called and ask us what we were looking for in a house. Set up showing we looked at two houses. They were both great but this was the one. He had everything set up and took the time to give us the best care. He followed up and kept things moving. He put everything in order and We were so grateful that he was our real estate agent. We were blown away by how good Rusty and his team helped us. Friendly and knowledgeable. Rusty is an excellent realtor. We absolutely love our new home.

They could not have connected us with a more efficient hard working person at all. Christy worked very hard for us, she was in our corner all the way I have to give credit to Randy also he was working hard for us and his mother got sick, but he ask for someone else to help us he was afraid he couldn't give us his undivided attention and he felt we deserved it. Which is when Christy came on the scene

Candice is a wonderful person. I would recommend her without hesitation. She ensures that all steps are completed in a timely and thorough manner. She makes you feel comfortable and works hard to get you the best deal possible. She handles the process as her own. She did a terrific job.

Malinda went above expectations in providing services. I requested dimensions and/or a floor plan on a Saturday. Malinda went to the address, measured every floor and provided the dimensions and a ten-minute video tour of the property prior to noon on Monday.
