My agent just gave us a link and asked us to look for a house. The homes we provided him, he said they were all under contract. Never made it to viewings, inspection and closing. Calls 15 mins - 1hr to let us know he cannot make it. The house we ended up buying is one of the houses he said was under contract. My wife spoke to the seller and got us a viewing. She provided the agent all the information and the agent then contacted the seller. Worst agent ever.

She didn't fulfill her duty as a responsible real estate agent. She didn't find the property like she was going to do and out of 10 months we only talked to her a total of 3x and that's UNACCEPTABLE. On closing day she was late and my wife and i got the impression that she was only there to get her money after closing and she didn't even bother to offer a welcome or congratulation gift, knowing we are first time buyers and new to Texas.

Chyna Spivey was my real estate agent. She was an excellent choice by VU. She had appointments and home visits scheduled within minutes!!! Chyna always had a game plan for everything! Time lines laid out and even had my closing date set a month out! Excellent service!! Definitely will use her again, when I want to purchase another house!!
