Joshua Bain was not the most pleasant to work with, he admitted to ignoring my calls and texts. He refused to show us houses unless we made an offer first and I didn't agree with that method of doing business. He didn't think we were a serious buyer, he showed us a total of 6 house, none of which were recommendations from him we did all the house hunting ourselves, out of the 6 houses he showed us we put in offers on two of them. He got off extremely easy to receive the commission on the house we did purchase. We missed out on a lot of things due to him not communicating our needs to the builder as we went through the building process. We ended up ending communication with Josh and only talking with the listing agent as we couldn't rely on him to pass on the information to the builder.

Courtney Bolte was our real estate agent and she went above and beyond in helping us buy our first home in Manhattan, KS and making sure each step of the process was explained. She kept in communication with us throughout the entire process and made sure we were aware of everything that was going on. She helped us get a house that wasn't even on the market yet and that made getting ahead of the housing competition much easier. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and truly appreciate everything she did to help us. We can't wait to move into our new house!

Rose was AMAZING!!! In this (sellers) market with Covid having to do all the showings over facetime and always willing to go to multiple houses to see them for me in person, she went above and beyond her job! Giving her personal opinion from her years of experience to make sure I got into the right house.
