Kimberly was the glue that held all the pieces together while I was going through this process. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and her go getter attitude when servicing me. At every point that things seemed to be stuck she was the one with the majority of the answers. On top of it she absolutely cared about how this process was affecting me and did everything in her power to solve and smooth over all those areas. Can’t say enough about how she cared and at times baby sat me thru this. Again excellent at what she does and knows how it all works.

Noel, my agent with Exit Realty was Awesome. She showed me houses and as I viewed got to know me and know exactly what I needed in my new home. I loved her honesty and advice. If she felt something would not work she would speak up in a kind manner. She went out of her way to help. She found me the prefect Rancher that met all my needs. I was blessed to have her on my side. She even negotiated with the seller things I did not even know !! She had my back. Result: A beautiful Rancher with 3/4 acre yard and Mother Nature. !!

Danny of the Matt Suiter group is amazing outstanding man to say the least he was at the forefront of contacting and communication when it came to getting my home all set up to purchase, Very professional Very respectful and overall Very caring working best to make everything easy and less stressful in the home buying process. Danny would even if I had an issue or something along the line of that with the home would work his hardest to get whatever it was corrected or fixed.

Terry Braun with Re/Max Realty in Fargo/Moorhead was outstanding. He showed many houses to us in the process and was upfront about the deals and conditions of property. Very trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were treated well. From taking late calls, filing extra paperwork, and helping us to secure a home that was up to VA Loan standards, he really did the most.

Our realtor Mrs. Amber Morrow stuck with us as if we were a member of her own family.
She welcomed us from day one and allowed us to take our time and chose the property that was best for us. We appreciate her patients and her professional curtesy as well. A friend was made during this process and we hope to keep in touch. With her as well as our Veterans United Family.

Jaylynn was super !! He drove over an hour each time I wanted to view a home with no hesitation! Then even after the deal was closed he came to the house to visit ! Now we are working with him to purchase two more homes ! He treated us like family ! I Definitely made a friend for life
