Brendan was great. He put in alot of time on showing us places, we were super picky and probably not easy to always find info for. He made sure questions got answered right away, told us what to expect through each process, and made personal sacrifices in the end to make sure we got in our new home quickly. Absolutely terrible. As a first time home buyer, I expected my realtor to be more involved. Jim Butler seemed very hands off especially toward the end. We had been in search of a home for awhile, and with the housing market right now we understood it’d take time. It just seemed like our realtor wasn’t in it for us. He pushed our needs aside, didn’t even give us an option to choose our own inspector for the house. He said his inspector was great but during the inspection review the inspector kept saying he couldn’t see. Things that were of concern to me he kept offering cheap temporary fixes.
I hear amazing things from other people with their own realtors, but for us this has been a very different experience. He wasn’t there for the closing, he didn’t even congratulate us. I tried reaching out in regular days to the home after closing and he said he would get back to me. No response. Absolutely terrible. 1000% would not recommend Jim Butler. I’ll be leaving a review with the team as well.

Gary was fantastic. He set up and adjusted our land and house search results as we changed our search criteria over the last 6 months. He went with us to look at land, homes of all kinds, and gave us lots of helpful things to think about. While we weren't planning on buying as early in the year as we did, he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were even looking at potentially building new, and Gary helped us with figuring that out as well. We found the perfect house/farm/property for our growing family, and Gary was responsive, patient (answered all of my stupid questions), and helped us for months through the entire process. He maintained a sense of humor through it all, and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us find what we were looking for.

Teresa Anderson was phenomenal, she went above and beyond to help me with my new home. She answered all my questions even if it pertained to lending documents. Teresa made sure I was taken care of and tried to get me the best deals, rates, and assistance as possible. She handled everything professionally and was there during my inspection when I couldn’t. I would recommend her to everyone. She is very passionate about people and making sure they get their homes.

My area estate agent Amanda, she is AWESOME! great personality down to earth and with out a doubt KNOW HER JOB!!! And is very good at it. Okay. There was not a time that Amanda couldn’t show me a house. I would DEFINITELY send family and friends to Amanda , she is the real deal.
