Charly was a great agent and her service was outstanding. I will definitely recommend her to others. She was always very professional and took care of us. I can tell that Charly doesn't work for profit meaning that she is not just trying to make a deal. She made sure the houses we looked at or put in offers for were to our expectations and fairly priced. She always responded quickly to our messages and was even there for us during closing. I highly recommend Charly and we had a great experience with her service.

Our realtor, Kristine, was fabulous as well! She helped us find the perfect home while I was deployed overseas, giving us peace of mind in making all the tough decisions that come with home buying a lot easier to make! She was very quick at submitting our home offers, while I was half way across the world. Since my wife and I were buying remotely, she FaceTimed us to tour each home. As a Pinellas County resident herself, her guidance was instrumental in helping us find the right neighborhood. Thank you!

Virginia was outstanding. She was so helpful in helping me explore a very large area in which I asked her to look. Virginia devoted a lot of time to help me with my home buying process. The agent I was referred to was a local Air Force veteran named Jerrod and I couldn't have asked for a better partner to get me through the process. He understood the VA process, coordinated well with my Loan Team, and had reliable resources locally for inspections, contractors and pest letters etc. He was always available for questions, even after hours. He really championed our cause, and did a great job of keeping us on track to close. He is well known and respected in our local real estate community, which meant a lot to us.
