Non responsive. I only saw him 1 time throughout the entire process. He didnt even show up to the closing. His lack of knowledge was a challenge for me as well.

Michaela Callow is so sweet, so professional and a hard charger. She helped me with things so that I did not have to ask. She knows the process, she is a clients dream Agent. I was so tickled with all the help she provided, all the questions she answered and all the information that she chased down for me. I would recommend Michaela to anyone who desires the best Agent to manage this process. I'm not sure what relationship she actually has with Veterans United, but they should hang on to her as one of their best.

My real estate agent, David Roberts, is a good man. He didn't make me feel like I was just another client. Always available for showings and if had other things planned, he made sure someone was available to show me the houses I wanted to see.We talked initially on a Wednesday afternoon and I was in the office the next day and had access to the MLS listing portal so I could start my search.He knows the market and definitely would recommend him to everyone.

When I began this process, I was very hesitant to begin the buying process with a real estate agent I did not know. After speaking with Helen, I felt at ease with the knowledge she had. I am glad I decided to work with her and the effort she put in after viewing the many houses in this market. I feel, if I have any questions or issues in the future, she would attempt to find ways to help in any which way she can. Thank you for all that you did Helen!

she was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us. We put in 10 offer sin one day over the weekend we were hunting. She had our best interests in mind and helped us navigate the area we were unfamiliar with. Very responsive and always willing to help, she even helped out with information that was outside her realm of expertise, like helping me figure out setting up utilities.

Not only is he patient, but has a sense of humor to help you navigate the different scenarios that arise when you are negotiating. Kim was much higher than a 10. I have never experienced such a caring person who would help with things no other realtor ever has. We will remain friends for ever.
Dennis was a good realtor and was able to get things done quickly.

Karen Dennis in my opinion has to be the best real estate agent. She did an amazing job with everything, and helped with multiple properties until we finally were able to close on a home. Karen is amazing, and I would recommend her to everyone.
