Ray Hoover, assigned by VU, met us at a home we found on an internet site and wanted to explore. The home was not right for us however, Ray toured the house with us and listened to our wants and needs. Within a month, he showed us several great homes that were perfect for us. We are so happy we were paired together and he is now helping us to sell a vacant plot of land. We will continue to utilize his services for rental purchases.

Marcus was awesome it was not the easiest deal but he was always positive which is helpful when everyone else is stressing. In the end I feel like both parties made some compromises which is how most good business deals are done.
