The only reason I give a 9 is because she did her job to well. Cindy did not disclose items I asked about repeatedly. Being a first time home buyer it is frustrating when they say they cant say certain things. I understand and get it. Cindy did a very good job working with my situation. I bought my house without seeing it in person. Cindy took pictures and even face timed with me so I could see houses without being there. Cindy knows what she is doing and does a very good job.

David was one stand-up character, one who was kind and honest. I really felt as though David care about what he does for us. David took the time to let me develop what we are looking for in a house rather than push you into something you not comfortable with. That patience speaks volumes and made me more comfortable. Working with David was educational, he is one knowledgeable person and able to answer 85% of my questions on the spot. David was responsive in 100% of our engagements even now as we finish the last steps.

Marlene was outstanding. She was very comprehensive about all my wants and desires involved with the new home. She had amazing attention to detail and kept me on track with both budget and time. I gave her an almost unrealistic time-frame to both sell and buy a home and she made it happen. She was both professional and personable. You won't find a more astute and professional realtor than Marlene.

Pam White was hands down the best agent I could have asked for. Her guidance and knowledge of the market was beyond helpful. I cannot express how glad I am that she was my agent recommended to me. I would seriously recommend anyone in the Pensacola area to use her as their agent!
