Pam Tyner was a very knowledgeable agent that I believe worked fully in our best interest during negotiations to get the best deal on the home. She did her job, but anytime I questioned a contract, I felt like I wasn’t heard. She told me it was just a technicality, when it’s actually a legal binding contract… Felt as if she was repeatedly dismissing my concerns. I asked to see the builders warranty and she told me it was just a basic one the state requires and never provided me with the info I asked for. She sent someone else for everything, so didn’t even meet her till closing but she expected me to just trust her. She did save me money, but I feel like any agent could have done that. Just felt like I received bare minimum.
