Pam Tyner was a very knowledgeable agent that I believe worked fully in our best interest during negotiations to get the best deal on the home. She was always kind and inviting as well as helped during paperwork process. Having her there at signing day too was a great feeling knowing someone was in our corner for last minute questions.

She did her job, but anytime I questioned a contract, I felt like I wasn’t heard. She told me it was just a technicality, when it’s actually a legal binding contract… Felt as if she was repeatedly dismissing my concerns. I asked to see the builders warranty and she told me it was just a basic one the state requires and never provided me with the info I asked for. She sent someone else for everything, so didn’t even meet her till closing but she expected me to just trust her. She did save me money, but I feel like any agent could have done that. Just felt like I received bare minimum.
