From the start when Brittony was assigned to me we looked at 3 houses total (1 open house, 2 scheduled walkthroughs) When i told her what i was looking for and the area i wanted to look at and the areas i didn't. but would send me houses in areas i wasn't a fan of. This house had an open house and I told her about it and she wasn't going to go and told me good luck on the open house. After the walkthrough and as i was leaving she showed up without notice and walked it again. And i decided to pull the trigger on the offer.
In the 2 month closing period the communication was terrible. only time she would contact me was when she needed something signed. No patience as i work a very busy job as a HVAC Technician. Things i requested to be on the contract were not on there when i found them to be incomplete and she stated weren't on the contract which is 100% on her.
When it came to conversations on Veterans United she would give false statements even though i communicate with Veterans United during every step.At the end of it all I'm not pleased nor would i recommend her to anyone i come across going through this journey of Home Ownership

Shonda Kelly was, hands down, a lifesaver. If I could give her a rating higher than 10, I would. She made the entire process a million times easier and was by my side the whole time. Whenever I had questions or needed any kind of help, she would get back to me immediately and guide me through it. She is the reason I stayed and kept pushing through all the hardships we experienced. I would recommend Shonda to anybody and everybody. She started out as an agent and ended as a lifetime friend who is now a part of my family. I am truly grateful for her and wish her only the best.
