Real estate agent was a bit friendly but a bid standoffish. He didn’t find any properties for me to look at. I did my own searches. He appeared reluctant to travel to show listing. One home I went to look at alone but there was another agent showing the home who allowed me to walk through with them. I sent the agent a text to merely said happy new year. He wasn’t even kind enough to respond. He seemed to lack interest. I didn’t feel like was interested in my best interests.

Amanda Cruz was an exemplary Realtor. She went above and beyond to reintroduce us to the home buying arena!! It had been 25 years since I bought a home and it was Eric's first home . . . so we were less than educated in the process. Amanda brought us up to speed. She never lost patience and was most careful to answer questions and put us at ease. She is a veritable wealth of information and a person that I am proud to now call my friend.
