Prior to closing we really found out how Tracy lacked watching our back. Tracy was the Realato, Broker and works out of the same office as the Builders owner. A slight conflict of intrest I would say. And it goes much deeper then I have time to say. My suggestion is Don't recommend her again. Couldn't even show up for the closing. Pitiful!!

Let me say this; Many Realtors trim back their service when your home is under $100k as their commission share is not as exciting as your more expensive properties. We are people that live within our means. Renee Arnold is among the most professional agents in this entire area hands down. Absolute respect and care for our search…with us out of state it gets a little more difficult, her experience and knowledge helped us find the perfect home!
