Rachel is an absolute treasure of a human being. From the very first phone call with Rachel, we knew we were lucky. She actually listened to us, not just what she thought we’d want, but actually what we wanted. No pressure to try this house or this house, it was what we wanted. Rachel took our must haves and non negotiable’s to heart and went above and beyond to ensure we stayed in our zone. The entire process was so easy, all because Rachel kept us grounded and ensured everything was taken care of. We will never not talk about Rachel and her amazing talents as an agent, nor will we forget her kindness as a friend.

Erica wasn’t very personable, nor did it feel like she advocated for us or was on our side. Some of the things the sellers agreed to do they did not do even thought she said she said they did. It felt like we were abandoned and not important as a client for her.

Teague, was a great relator for us. He was always willing to go above and beyond to schedule showings for us. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable of the area and what was the best fit for me and my family. His professionalism and work ethic was key for us getting out new home.
