She worked more for the seller than us. She did not try to negotiate for us at all. She did not listen to our concerns or needs. She wanted us to pay for everything and not asking the seller to cover costs. When we told her about the leaky roof, she brought her broker in on a call with me to suggest we use our insurance to cover the damages. Then they both said we'd get sued if we didn't sign the papers for breach of contract.

Mary Beth Brackin was a stellar real estate agent. I live a little further from the town she resides in but she still made sure we viewed multiple houses in my area. She kept up with recent properties for sale and answered any question I could think of. If she didn't know the answer she was quick to message someone that did. She provided clear advice for a new home owner.
