Would not recommend Kia from 1st Class Real Estate RVA, to anybody especially a first-time homebuyer. Horrible communication and she showed her unprofessional work ethic after our offer got accepted so we were stuck. Felt she done just enough to ensure she got paid after closing. Throughout the buying process she would attempt to talk down to us when we had questions. Due to her lack of communication and cooperation our closing date was delayed.

The Matt Suiter team was very welcoming and helpful. Our Realtor Ron Locke was a type of guy that saw a problem before it was a problem and helpful, kind and most of all understanding. Personally I was a wreck through the entire process because it's in my nature to be that way at time's but Ron was our light house through storm protected our interest 150% pardon our french just a DAMN GOOD GUY.
