Although I reached the ultimate goal of purchasing my home, there were times during the process when my wife and I felt our realtor wasn’t giving her best to represent me as the buyer. I feel that the realtor worked more with the sellers agent to achieve as they were both from the same agency. A lesson well learned !

Carla, was Wonderful!! She was so patient with me and my family throughout the entire home buying process; even after the various homes we searched for in the beginning. She always answered all our calls and texts no matter what time of the day it was. Carla was also great with my family to assist me with this process. Carla was always s o quick to find out the answers if she did not know at the time however, she was/is very knowledgeable, which helped with the home buying process for us. My family and I felt so comfortable with Carla as she assisted us every step of the was. We feel like she had our best home buying process at heart. Will definitely recommend Carla as she is an Amazing Realtor and person. We wish her the best!

Unfortunately, the first agent we dealt with left something to be desired, so we requested another one who may be more inclined to actually work with us.
We struck gold with the second agent! Nikki (Sommer) Hall was fabulous! She listened to us when we told her what we were looking for and actually worked FOR us to find our perfect home. We feel very fortunate that we got to meet and work with her and feel like we became friends throughout the process. A++

Maryln did an excellent job of efficiently filtering out properties that did not meet our specifications so that we do not waste time during the uncertain period in the housing market that we found ourselves in. Marilyn was honest, forthright, and never attempted to sugarcoat or obfuscate needed deadlines, which greatly aided in our ability to purchase a house in a competitive market.

Mrs Kathryn Strickland, was our realtor during all transactions through out the process of the purchase of our home, from the start of our journey become homeowners insuring our home was ready to move into home. I would recommend Mrs Strickland to any of my friends and family if they were in the hunt for a new home.

Ahhhh, Ron Maruca was so gracious and showed knowledge about how to choose good quality foundation for a house. He would share information about some properties but never pushed us to make decisions. He showed so much patience !
