He was difficult to get hold of and usually not responsive to text messages. Answered questions with ambiguity. We had expressed concern with closing and our delayed occupancy, and agent agreed we could ask the seller about a rent-back agreement at closing. Closing meeting time was changed, no reason given. Agent then no-showed at closing. Agent still has not reached out after not showing at the closing meeting. As it stands now, we will make our first payment while the seller is still residing in the home. We are still not sure how this is going to play out and we feel like the agent just left us hanging.

Matt is the most approachable and friendly realtor! He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and was happy to represent my husband and I throughout the whole process in making offers and inquiring about houses. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have any questions and would take videos of houses when my schedule wouldn't allow me to go look at a house that day. He truly cares about his clients and will highly recommend to anyone moving to the area!
